I have led a sedentary life, only really becoming dynamic in the evening when I have the boys and need to match their energy levels. Amazing, how a damaged spirit can have an impact on the body too. I remember my mother would never tell us hers. The prof fell asleep on the bus on his way back from school to the child minder's house.He was only 7 or 8 at the time. He fell asleep on the bus and woke up when it stopped at the end stop on the other side of town. !!!&lt;br&gt;

Fortunately he found the right bus back and turned up there an hour or so later than usual.
